My wife and I were looking to acquire a second home in the Las Vegas area when we met Bryce. We first started in Lake Las Vegas, and ultimately settled on Summerlin given it's convenience and locality. Over the course of 8 months, Bryce made himself available to us based on our travel schedule, and he had the properties lined up and ready to go to for each visit making optimal use of our time. Also, when we couldn't there, but wanted to keep looking Bryce was at the ready with high defemination video tours that we could watch through our Smart Phones. Throughout the entire Escrow process, Bryce was at the ready to work with our lender to perform any required inspections, walkthroughs, and finalize / resolve any issues that arose. We really can't say enough good things about the real estate services that Bryce provides, and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater Las Vegas area.

Bryce is an amazing agent! After dealing with several crappy agents and becoming so lost in the market trying to find a good home, we were ready to give us and settle for a lot less than we wanted, then we found Bryce! He went WAY beyond our expectations helping us find a home! My Husband and I were just looking for a rental and he was there to help us every step of the way to ensure we were satisfied with our decisions. We were on a time crunch and were having trouble finding ANY Realtor that was willing to help us find a home quickly enough, and still within our picky criteria. I was able to send him emails on the weekends, at 6 in the morning, or 9 or 10 at night, etc, and he was extremely quick to respond EVERY time! I was especially impressed because my husband and I had been looking for months for the perfect home for our family, and Bryce helped us find the home we'd been looking for within a week and a half. It was truly a huge relief to find an HONEST and very friendly and personable agent that wasn't trying to rush us, force us, or make us feel obligated to make certain decisions or pay certain fees. We will definitely be back for his services when we are ready to buy, and he is the only agent in Vegas my husband or I will recommend to friends and family now. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

After 3 weeks of searching for a rental after short selling our home, me and my wife were very upset at the treatment we got from our realtor as far as trying to make us hurry and just rent any house to get rid of us like suddenly we were not important anymore now our house sold. After talking to my sister, she recommended her past realtor who steered us to Bryce Edwards. Best thing that happened to us as Bryce was a breath of fresh air.
